At only 17, Justin has amassed 11 million in worldwide CD sales (not to mention 13 million-plus Twitter followers). And David is a two-time GRAMMY®-winning musician and producer whose fifth studio album ‘Nothing But the Beat’ mixes pop and electronica and features hip-hop and R&B superstars like Snoop Dogg, Usher, will.i.am, and Lil Wayne.
Plus, the list of celebs appearing at the show got even hotter! Two-time EMA host Katy Perry will make an appearance, as will Evanescence singer Amy Lee, actress Hayden Panettiere, supermodels Bar Refaeli and Irina Shayk, actor David Hasselhoff, fashion designer Jeremy Scott, and WWE superstar Sheamus. (They join previously announced presenters Snooki and JWOWW of ‘Jersey Shore’ and Ashley Rickards of ‘Awkward’.)
"It's really exciting to be a part of the MTV EMA this year. Can't wait to get to Belfast!!" said Justin Bieber.
“Performing at the 2011 MTV EMA is a big deal for any artist; but for a DJ, it's a first. I'll be joined by some of my special guest collaborators. I'm excited and honoured–it’s going to be a crazy show!" said David Guetta.
We don’t need to tell you that you don’t want to miss this unbelievable star-studded celebration...but we’re telling you anyway. Tune in to MTV at 9 PM CET (check your local listings) on Sunday 6th November for the international music event of the year!
The 2011 MTV EMA is a live rock & roll show, where literally anything can happen. So with this in mind, in the U.K. the ceremony will be broadcast at 9pm GMT, an hour after the show begins in order, to comply with Ofcom’s 9pm watershed.
